There are times when God will want us to be the agent of change in our lives when we are crying out to Him for help. This definitely calls for wisdom and discernment before we move forward with that change.
If you have been crying out to God to intervene in your life and bring change that you desire and have been doing so for a pretty lengthy time, I challenge you to ask Him if He desires you to be your own change agent in order for that change to take place.
A lot of us have boxed ourselves into a pattern of thinking where we see only God’s intervention as the answer to our problem. And we do not allow our thinking to move towards the idea that perhaps God is leading us to do something ourselves.
Let Him speak to your heart on whether or not this is something He is leading you in.
