How To Simply Lift Your Mood | Looking At The Happy Hormones

Having struggled to be and remain happy myself for years, I find it fascinating how specific hormones within our bodies can impact the mood we have. It feels almost like a hack or a trick we can learn to boost our moods by the choices we make. However, those choices, healthy choices, need to be consistent and avoidant of making unhealthy choices too often.

In this video we look at what is called our “happy hormones”: dopamine, serotonin, endorphins and oxytocin. And we learn the healthy habits that impact these hormones in a positive way, whether that is creating more serotonin within our bodies or learning to regulate our dopamine levels.
